Headquarters of the State Securities Commission

Design ideas:

The headquarters of the State Securities Commission (SSC) at 164 Tran Quang Khai, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi is the office building of the State Administration of Securities and the securities market.

The project will create a new look of urban architecture on Tran Quang Khai street with the expectation of becoming a modern office building in harmony with the architectural space and landscape of Hanoi's old quarter. The tower is designed in the image of two dragons in the legend. The base represents the dragon's tail, the middle part of the tower represents the dragon's body reaching up to the sky. The top of the tower with a glass block means "dragon releasing pearls".

The project also applies combined technology solutions to minimize the impact on the environment, creating a building that ensures good microclimate standards for users, aiming for a "Green" building. The project is expected to become a new symbol of the highest regulatory agency on the stock market, contributing to enhancing the position of the State Securities Commission at home and abroad.
