Out of a total of 3200 apartments, with the request of optimizing space from the investor, the apartments fully meet the functions, making the most of natural light, sunlight, and wind, keeping the whole apartment airy and close to nature.
The project is located in Co Loa commune, Dong Anh district, Hanoi city. Infrastructure is being invested, developed and expanded according to the orientation of Dong Anh district in particular and Hanoi city in general, and high-rise apartment buildings are researched and built.
With a landscape utility design, a large courtyard helps to organize recreational activities, sports, swimming, children's playground, landscaped gardens, walking paths, etc., which are divided into reasonable areas. The garden of 2 towers HH1 and HH2 is also designed to connect with each other through a green park in the middle.
The design brings a highlight to the residents here, and at the same time promotes the development of the whole region.
